Each system is completely customizable & built to your planter specifications and use top of the line brands for maximum efficiency - providing complete control of your liquid fertilizer application! Whether you are looking for a pop up or 2x2 setup (or both!), Total Ag’s field-tested design allows precise and accurate application in your fields for better yields.
Total Ag Custom Built Fertilizer Systems come in two base versions:
Variable Rate Hydraulic Drive
Contact Drive (Wheel to Wheel or Wheel To Ground)
The Variable Rate Hydraulic Drive System is our most streamlined setup that utilizes a John Deere rate controller to connect to your monitor in the cab for real-time feedback and complete fertilizer monitoring. This system is great for prescription maps or applying different rates throughout your fields.
The Ground Drive systems use John Blue NGP series piston pumps to control the liquid fertilizer application. Each of these systems comes with a Micro-Trak flow metering system with a separate in-cab display to monitor the flow. The Ground Drive system is ideal for a simple, minimal setup for utilizing a single rate for all fields.
